The Onboarding Process
A Foundation administrator issues a personalised, authenticated application link directly to the invited recipient — in their preferred language.
The recipient opens the secure link and completes the authenticated form. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, routed directly to Foundation systems.
Foundation compliance officers verify the submission, confirm authenticity, and contact the applicant through the designated channel.

All transmissions secured with 256-bit SSL. Data encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Authenticated channels only.
Submissions reviewed only by authorised Foundation compliance officers under formal NDA agreements.
